Shipping Info
All orders will be processed for shipment by Pos Laju Malaysia on Monday to Friday (working days), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- All orders will be processed for shipment on the next working day after payment is confirmed.
- We ship all orders within the time agreed unless otherwise noted.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.
- Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours after your order has been shipped/picked up.
Under normal circumstances, kindly allow within an estimate of 1-3 working days for delivery area to West Malaysia and 3-5 working days for delivery area to East Malaysia (excluding weekends and public holiday). However, in the case of peak and busy periods, courier issues (such as operations etc) or weather conditions, the delivery of your order and shipment might be slightly delayed. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore we do not guarantee delivery dates.
Kindly be noted, someone has to be at the correspondent address to receive the parcel delivered by Pos Laju Malaysia. Please note that should there be any delivery failure, the recipient will have to contact Pos Malaysia at 1300-300-300 to make an arrangement to request for a second delivery or collect the parcel at the respective branch.

Rejected/Unsuccessful Delivery
All unclaimed rejected and unsuccessful deliveries will be returned to us. If you'd like us to resend your parcel, a new shipping fee will be applied. Any uncollected parcels after 30 days will be treated as forfeited, strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
